Interactive visit of a caprine farm.Hélène and Hervé BARNIER are waiting for you on their farm tointroduce you to the traditional fabrication of the famous goat cheese “Picodon”. This interactive visit willbe the occasion to understand the link between the animal and the land. You will also learn how to milkgoats, make a cheese strainer and of course, taste goat cheese at different stages of maturation.
